Reservations Procedure

1. Prospective visitor sends a request for accommodation direct to any property advertised
2. Accommodation vendor responds to confirm availability and price
3. Visitor accepts proposal by making credit card deposit payment of 10% plus bookings fee of £2.00
4. A "Reservation Confirmation Email " is sent to all parties which contains all relevant contact/bookings details required
5. The remainder of the cost for the accommodation is then payable at the discretion of the accommodation vendor - e.g. upon guests' arrival/departure

Reservations Guarantee

In cases of "no show", we pay the total amount for the first night's stay to the accommodation vendor (subject to terms and conditions).

In cases of cancellation we pay the total amount for the first night's stay if the accommodation is cancelled within 48 hours of visitor arrival date.

Annual Registration Terms

• Your business will be listed on our extensive online network
• Online registered businesses are active within 24 hours
• All registration begins 1st of every month and continues for 12 months
• Minor improvements to your advertisement - no charge
• On request postal photographs can be returned to sender - no charge

Postal Applications

Send photographs and appropriate text to us by post including requirements or write to obtain an application form. Note: photographic work is returnable on request. Please allow up to 7 days in order to process your request.
